    it says on one of my houses that i will complete challenge when i have collected 75 rent during weekly task what is the weekly task

    In the Mastery FAQ it says "Weekly event". This means the events available at the event plaza. These actually run about twice per week, new one started today which is the Flea Market. See FAQ on events for details of these.
