Ok, this is a little tongue in cheek, but could BP please move the Welcome sign from the City to the Suburbs (City Playing Field Side) to North of the Entry Road rather than South of it as it is now. I ALWAYS get a boulder under there that I just can't get to !!

    Thanks :D

  2. if you use the bulldoze option the sign will disappear so you can remove the obstacle easier ;)

The circle would just cover another potential road there. It should be moved east, if anywhere. I think they should just remove the big circles, if not the sign functionality entirely. You can already cover the way to the mountains with a building. Now that there is the map screen, they are a bit superfluous and can get in the way, though they are a bit faster.

Be careful what you ask for some of the greatest disasters have been caused by the best intentions and unforeseen consequences. ;)

The worst part is that the circles simply replicate the signs and add an arrow. Just the signs themselves are fine, though I see how it might not be obvious that you can click on them without the redundant circles. The only ones that actually cause problems in functionality are to suburbs and from mountains, and they would be easy to just move slightly. I just find the circles aesthetically displeasing. Wish the bulldoze trick worked for the empty commercial indicator. Now that one is annoying.

Wow, that's deep BJ. Are we still talking about RC ? OK, as Arsuru suggested, maybe just SE a little.... but the bulldoze option is a good one. Thanks TD :)

Thank you sir, It was more prophetic than intended. But, it is sadly still true. :(

That's why I'm totally against these "gameplay improvements". They are usually designed to make the game better but in fact they make it worse. No need to repair working thing...

More a design issue in this case rather than an improvement......

The bulldoze option actually does work, I have used it myself.

I dunno, I navigate the city via "Switch playfield" menu button and don't care of these signs o_O

@Krassandra For someone so against interface complication, you sure pick a nice topic to argue against improvements. No need to keep superfluous, obstructive things around either, or to not improve upon working things as a matter of course.

Unfortunately, "improvement" becomes equal to "thing that give me more production, money and space" :(:(:(

That is irrelevant. The subject matter is that the top part (bubble) on top of the sign covers part of the road - the suggestion is to move it a little so that it moves away from the City Playing Field. The same can also be said for the sign in the mountains which potentially could cause the same issue. As Tassie suggested, using the bulldoze option solves this issue, therefore my suggestion is now somewhat moot - and was only ever tongue-in-cheek.

Frankly I think this case is closed, and so too can this thread (if one of our helpful Moderators/Administrators kindly oblige).
