What we dislike about the cineplex

Is there any way to update the game? In my game view those bugfixes don´t work. (I dont play with you. I have serious problem with the game. My computer are one year old with a intel Core 5i processor.)

 

If you are having this much of an issue please fill out a support ticket and it will be addressed by the appropriate people. Rather than hijacking a different thread.

 

Whats the point with this tool if I cant complain about the bad working game? Cineplex is the most bad working part of the hole game. If you just want to hear good things then you scould have this in your roles and just one thread, "What we like with the game". I realy dont like your argument above. Nothing in it leeds to a better game. Im frustrated because a fun game works bad. Its a good idea with a bad performance. Iv tried to report my issues via all tools there is. This threads title is "What we dislike about the cineplex", and the cineplex doesent work for me and the fees just decreases over the time. If you dont lika what Im saying then fix the problems and develop the game.

 

Tobbe61 No one told you not to complain. All that was said was that you might get better results by filling out a support ticket rather than posting in the forum. Also you were bringing up a different issue than the topic of this forum thread. Which is against the rules of the forum. The forum is a very useful tool for most of us. It is a communication devise among the players.

If you have a specific problem regarding the Cineplex there is a thread under discussions which is monitored, please post your problems in this thread .
Please be specific in what you post and keep to the facts.
As we have said many times before this feature is outside the control of Rising Cities, however we are working with those concerned to fix all problems. To date we have fixed he exit button and will continue to work on these problems over time It is not nessescary to post a support ticket for problems with this feature, there are a multitude of threads covering all aspects on this topic.

 

Finaly the Cinemaplex has been better and I hope that the reason is developement of the game and not temporary better. Still I want that the team will return the fee for each movie to 15 MM.

 

Tobbie61 I doubt that you will see that happen any time soon. I remember the video choices we had when the payout was 15 MM. There were only one or two videos available. They also were from big budget ad campaigns. So my guess that when they reduced the amount of MM's offered they also reduced the cost to the vendors. Because almost immediately we got a large variety of different videos after the change.

 

Well, then you could expand the amount of films too look at from 10 to 20.

 

Cineplex is so frustrating that I have stopped using it. It only remains in my city for the 32+ reason.

Just simply fix it or we will not spend any money on a game that does not work. Some ads give rewards and some do not. If I go to a vendor that has an add on cinema in bigpoint game, they will laugh at me or not respond. Please fix it or take the ads off that do not giver rewards and leave the ads on that do give rewards. Thanks.

 

Hey Tobbe61, never mind billyjim, she doesn't understand what she talking about. I can assure you, BP does have something to say about the Cineplex. If this outside source who supposedly has total control over the Cineplex now, decided to start showing porn movies to get more activity, I can assure you BP would magically find it's intervention powers. DP's claims of no-control is total non-sense!
