    1. INAUGURAL EVENT Complete the farmer's market quest= already finished but, NO REWARDS

    2. TRANSFORM INTO A BIG CITY Upgrade City Hall= already finished but, NO REWARDS

    Also, CINEPLEX says Film available but when clicked there is none.
