You will find the building permits in the Designer Depot. Most of the time you do not win a building but a building permit. This allows you to build the awarded building.

I have won a coal power plant as a prize at the ancient festival but I haven't found it. In the Designer depot it still costs 50.000 PP. It was the same with houses before. Where are they?

there is a limit to the number of building permits offered. You still have to pay to build the structure.

If I understood correctly, when I win a permit for a building in an event, will it not be free?

Correct, If the building is free you still get only a permit but it will say "Place It".

  8. but building permits are limitless, I mean what I earn from the events?
example energy sources, or the buildings from Flea market

Actually they are not limitless. Some have really high limits but others are more limited.
