    Do I have to have a dairy or does it drop from the houses? I can't finish this event without cheese.

    No, you don't need a dairy. cheese drops from the worker's houses when you collect the rent.

    Oh okay, so I need to change some of my capitalist houses to workers to get more cheese drops.
