where is support?

    I have been told to post my question in support, but i cannot find a place called support?? my original question was posted in tech, but that has been closed now and i can't reply to it and ask where to go, lol!! can anyone tell me where it is? thanks, colette

    In the game, below the game screen, there is several links, one of them "support". You need to switch in-game "full screen" mode off to get below the game screen.

    Or click the "?" icon in the top right corner of your game screen (full-screen or not) that has tooltip "Help". That should get you to the same place.

    So sorry I should have said where to find us before I closed your post, your problem is a little more complex than others hence I need you to email us.

    When you email we get things like your flash version and a few others that help us pinpoint the problem.
