    Oh no!!!... :(

I usually get a free Loot-o-matic Ticket each 24 hours from City Hall when it's running.... although I think there is a delay in the Server so I tend to get it (and it actually shows up to click on) 24 hours after the ever-so-slightly annoying pop ups :)

I wouldn't bother with it unless you have bonus tokens, honestly. Even then, there are several permits that we don't have yet, despite being announced, so I could suggest boycotting it until they update it. I've still used it occasionally, because I really want more Japanese houses/deco and I still have no solar skyscrapers, but really, I think I'm about done for some time. Plus all the other permits you can win never change either: it always draws from the same pool. Hardly worth it when you can just buy the other ones directly.

See the posts I link here:

You'll find several permits in the list that just aren't there, though I've never seen any indication on any board that they have been seen, much less, won, though they are supposed to come from the loot-o-matic.

You spin da wheel ya take ya chances. That is why it is called gambling in Las Vegas and Macau. The Loot-o-Matic is suppose to be randomn so we can not predict what we will receive. We do get a free ticket from city hall everyday while available and I have won premium residences, Tons of RI's, construction materials, but it is the luck of the wheel. :D You should never depend on the wheel to supply any particular item. I myself am still waiting for an Art Studio and Art Gallery. I need a place to hang the Picasso, Monet, Giotto and Durer

From my experience it is one spectacular reward for every twenty or so mediocre rewards.

Edit -- This is not a hard and fast rule just a feeling of what it seems like

I too have been frustrated by "winning" prizes in the Loot-O-Matic that are so puny (Classic RIs for example,, or a handful of product I could have made myself). However, have one Solar Skyscraper and a few other such goodies (now trying for the Japanese Pagoda House). I do agree that Bonus Tokens (yellow tickets) vastly improve the prize selection and chances of winning good prizes. I usually collect the free tickets and buy the Bonus ones.
